Not Exactly Minimalist:
Renovations & Friends with Good Taste
The renovation project is a One-Bedroom Condominium unit, designed by Ar. Paul Mervin Demapelis veering away from the minimalist-themed nature of most local condominium architectural interior design projects.
Our challenges in construction was mainly about building curved surfaces. Being exposed mainly to modern designs, our team looked at the project as quite the opportunity to have fun bending and cutting hardware items like boards and metal studs.
The design showcases simple elements, but makes use of varied textures, pop of color, elegant arches and interesting furniture pieces as accent. Moreover, interior decoration was carefully considered by our Client– curating every nook and cranny.
“So, this is what happens when your client has good taste in design.”
